Terms of Use
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Welcome to the Echo Springs website. These Terms of Use describe the rules for visiting and using the site. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Echo Springs Transition Study Center, doing business as or on behalf of Echo Springs (“Echo Springs,” “we,” or “our”). The website provides general information about Echo Springs and its programs in Idaho, Utah, and Portugal.
By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the site. Additional documents and agreements may apply if you inquire about, apply to, or enroll in a program.
2. Website information is not professional advice
The website is intended to help young adults, families, and referring professionals learn about Echo Springs. Its content is general and educational. It does not provide individualized medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for assessment or care by a qualified professional.
Viewing the website or contacting admissions does not establish a therapist-patient, clinician-patient, or other treatment relationship. Decisions about clinical appropriateness and services are made through a separate admissions and program process.
This website is not monitored for emergencies. If someone may be in immediate danger or needs urgent medical or mental health assistance, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource rather than using the website, contact form, or general admissions email.
3. Admissions, availability, and program information
Descriptions of our locations, services, ages served, program structure, team members, schedules, and activities are provided for general information. They may change as programs evolve or circumstances require. Specific participation, clinical services, eligibility, costs, dates, and availability will be confirmed directly with admissions and, where applicable, in enrollment documents.
An inquiry, site visit, application, or conversation does not guarantee admission or placement in any Echo Springs program. We consider individual needs, safety, program fit, and availability. If information on the website differs from a signed enrollment agreement or other applicable program document, the signed or more specific document controls to the extent permitted by law.
4. Using the website responsibly
You agree to use the website lawfully and in ways that do not interfere with other visitors or the operation or security of the site. You may not:
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
Introduce malware, interfere with site security, or attempt to disrupt website availability.
Use automated tools to scrape or copy substantial portions of the site without permission, except as permitted by applicable law or normal search-engine indexing.
Submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or knowingly misleading information through website forms.
Use the site in a manner that infringes another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
5. Contact forms and electronic communications
When you submit an inquiry, you agree that Echo Springs may use the contact details you provide to respond to your request. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Do not send emergency requests, Social Security numbers, detailed clinical records, or other highly sensitive documents through general website forms or ordinary email. If records are needed for admissions, we will explain an appropriate way to provide them. Sending an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails; any newsletter subscription is handled separately.
Electronic communications may be subject to delays or technical problems. If your matter is urgent but not an emergency, call admissions directly.
6. Privacy
Our collection and handling of information through the website are described in our Privacy Policy. Separate privacy notices and consents may apply to formal admissions, enrollment, and clinical services. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting an inquiry.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, graphics, branding, designs, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by Echo Springs or used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print limited website content for your personal, noncommercial consideration of Echo Springs programs, provided you do not remove ownership or copyright notices. Other reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or modification requires prior written permission or another lawful basis.
Photographs, names, and stories on this website may depict participants, alumni, team members, or other individuals. Their appearance does not grant permission to copy, reuse, identify, or contact them.
8. External links and third-party services
The site may link to third-party websites or include tools, media, or services provided by others, such as maps, video platforms, social networks, or newsletter services. These third parties maintain their own content, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that Echo Springs endorses every statement or service on the linked site.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please review their policies when you choose to use them.
9. Accessibility and website concerns
We want visitors to be able to find and understand information about Echo Springs. If you experience an accessibility barrier, a broken link, or information that appears incorrect, please email chelsea@echo-springs.com or call 208-262-1691 so we can help and review the issue.
10. Accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, current information, but do not promise that every page will always be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or available. Website content is provided for general information and may be changed or removed without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not required by law. Echo Springs does not guarantee that use of the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Echo Springs and the website operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from website use, or from reliance on general website content, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections or liability for conduct that the law does not permit us to disclaim. These website terms do not limit responsibilities set out in any separate written program agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or applicable law. The current version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law permits or requires otherwise.
13. Governing law
Subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT GOVERNING JURISDICTION AFTER LEGAL REVIEW]. Nothing here limits protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to a visitor or consumer.
