Jaysa Brown: Marketing Associate

Jaysa believes that meaningful connections have the power to create lasting change. As Echo Springs’ Marketing Associate, she works closely with the team across Idaho, Utah, and Portugal to strengthen outreach, communications, relationships, and the way Echo Springs shares its story with the larger community. Her focus is on creating thoughtful, authentic communication that connects young adults, families, and professionals with the support and opportunities available through Echo Springs.

Jaysa brings a unique combination of creativity, relationship building, and direct experience working alongside young adults in the behavioral health community. She is passionate about telling stories that reflect the heart of the people and programs behind the work, while helping create meaningful connections between Echo Springs and the families, professionals, and communities it serves.

Background/Experience

Jaysa’s professional experience has centered around supporting young adults and creating connections within the behavioral health community. Before joining Echo Springs, she worked directly with young adults in transitional living, gaining firsthand experience supporting individuals as they navigated mental health, recovery, independence, and the transition into adulthood. Her experience also includes admissions, communication, relationship building, and administrative support within behavioral health programs.

Her work at Echo Springs allows her to bring those experiences together with her passion for marketing, thoughtful storytelling, and creative communication. She enjoys finding new ways to share the impact of the work being done at Echo while making sure that the people and relationships at the center of that work remain the focus.

Jaysa believes that young adults deserve to feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood as they build lives that feel meaningful to them. She is especially passionate about advocating for young adults and families and contributing to a community of professionals who believe in what is possible for young people.

“I believe some of the most meaningful work happens in the relationships we build along the way. I’m grateful to be part of a team that believes in meeting young adults where they are, recognizing their strengths, and helping them discover what’s possible for their future. Being able to share that work with families and the larger community is something I’m incredibly proud to be a part of.”

Interests

Outside of work, Jaysa loves being outdoors, exploring Colorado, traveling, and spending time with the people she loves. She is always up for a new adventure and especially enjoys hiking, discovering new places, going to concerts, and finding ways to make everyday moments memorable.
