Program Director

A born-and-raised Utah native who has lived in Ogden for over 10 years, Demi started working with adolescents as a youth mentor in 2017 before finding Echo Springs in 2022. I grew up in a very outdoorsy family and I'm passionate about recreation and outdoor activities such as climbing, snowboarding, fly fishing, camping and backpacking.

"I'm so excited to be working with young adults because it's such a pivotal time in their lives. There is so much opportunity for them to thrive in the Echo Springs environment, but also to receive support and guidance when they need it.

I love helping a student see that they are capable, that they have the skills and tools needed to succeed. Showing them how to apply themselves and push through self doubt or anxiety is really rewarding."
