Echo Springs experts share their talents, wisdom and skills with the students in small groups and one-on-one experiences every day. Guidance and direction are offered through classroom instruction, group meetings and process, gardening, outdoor recreation, home economics, tutoring, job coaching, and role modeling. The faculty collaborates with counselors and therapists in private practice, including sobriety programs. Businesses partner with Echo Springs for various learning and student-employment opportunities, including but not limited to: Headstart, The Forest Service, North Idaho Community College, Community Garden, Second Chance Animal Shelter, Trinity Lutheran Day Care.
"We have partners and children of our own, we understand the struggles of raising children in this society and time. We practice devotion in our community and our vocation. The key to our success is a balance of education, professional expertise, wisdom, life experience and a passion for working with young adults." ~ Doug Kim-Brown, Echo Springs FounderLearn More About Our Team
